The holiday apartments are located in a tranquil, beautiful residential area in the small town of Bodman-Ludwigshafen at the western end of Lake Überlingen.
The comfortable SeeArt holiday apartments offer a special kind of retreat with a communal garden with a natural pool and several south-facing terraces with a 'sea view' (a bit of lake view between the bushes).

Our connection to Lake Constance is also reflected in the selection of our pictures, which underline the pleasant lake house feeling in the apartment.

A white, extendable wooden table and lovingly restored, upholstered vintage chairs invite you to spend entertaining hours at the table.

Between Bodman and Ludwigshafen stretches the Aachried nature reserve, where rare birds and plants have found a refuge.
Nature lovers can observe breeding and resting birds and enjoy the diverse plant life.
Boat tours, hiking trails and bike paths give you access to special places in nature. The Lake Constance cycle path leads once around the lake on approx. 260 km.
The beautiful cycling and hiking trails from Ludwigshafen captivate in every season with a panoramic view of the lake and in spring with blossoming fruit trees.
