HOUSE RULE

Together for a beautiful temporary home

Dear guests,

we have built this holiday home with a lot of diligence, effort and attention to detail. We would like to keep the quality of our offer high and attach great importance to the fact that all guests feel comfortable from the beginning to the end of the season. Therefore, we ask that you treat your vacation rental with the same respect that you treat your own home. They make a significant contribution to the fact that we can offer you and other guests a special temporary home on a permanent basis.

General

Please do not see our house rules as instructions, but as guidelines for harmonious coexistence. If something is unclear or you miss anything, please contact us. In this way, misunderstandings can be avoided right from the start. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also know and comply with the house rules.

So that nothing happens to the little ones, children are not allowed to go to the pool or swim unsupervised.

As much as sunshine tempts, the interior design should remain in the house and not be taken outside. In order to avoid damage, we ask that you refrain from rearranging furnishings. In order to protect the special floors, you should not enter the apartment with street shoes.

1.Damage

Nobody intentionally damages things. However, in the heat of the moment something can break, e.g. B. Curtains are pinched or dirty. We ask that you inform us of any minor mishaps as soon as possible. This enables us to provide a replacement quickly.

2. Duty of Safety and Due Diligence

The apartment door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. However, for fire protection reasons, we ask you to always keep the front door closed, but not to lock it from the inside with the key, even at night. Please do not forget to close the windows when leaving the holiday accommodation to prevent burglary and storm damage.

3. Environmental protection

Sustainability and environmental protection play a major role for us. We therefore ask you to use water and electricity sparingly. Make sure you turn off the lights, sauna and all electrical devices when you leave the house.

4. kitchen

Since a dirty kitchen doesn't bring a smile to anyone's face, please put crockery, pots and cutlery back in the kitchen cupboards only after they have been cleaned and dried. To avoid burn marks, hot pots and other objects should only be placed on the tables with a coaster. A cutting board as a base prevents unsightly scratches when chopping fruit, vegetables, etc. Residues and crusts in the oven should be removed. Sufficient cleaning agents are available to you.

5th bath

No hygiene products such as sanitary napkins etc. waste, leftover food, harmful liquids, fats or similar may be thrown or poured into the shower, washbasin, kitchen sink and toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. These items belong in the designated trash cans.

6. Airing

The apartment must be adequately ventilated even in the cold season. By ventilating the room as quickly as possible but sufficiently (approx. 5-10 minutes, several times a day) you prevent the formation of mold and make a significant contribution to protection against infection.

7. Crickets

In the interests of fire protection, please refrain from grilling with fire accelerators and from an open fire in the garden. Clean the grill after use.

8. Disposal

Since we are obliged to separate waste and also support this, we ask you to help us with this. Please separate your rubbish into organic waste, paper, plastic, residual waste and glass.

The labeled trash cans are located in the kitchen under the sink and next to the kitchenette. If you want to empty your rubbish bins, you will find appropriate disposal options in front of the house in the driveway and in the rubbish house.

The blue bin is for paper waste, the dark gray bin is for residual waste and the brown bin is for organic waste.

Please do not dispose of organic waste in a plastic bag. New garbage bags can be found under the sink in the kitchen. Please dispose of waste glass in the waste glass containers provided for this purpose. You will find this at the intersection of Salzbachäcker and Zum Stettelberg

10. Cleaning

Should you ever make a mishap (stubborn dirt, liquids on the floor, work surfaces, etc.), we ask that you clean it up immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

11. Rest Periods

We like our neighbors and they like us. Help us to keep it that way. Please respect the community and try to observe general quiet times such as lunchtime, late night and Sunday quiet hours and avoid loud noise between 11pm and 8am.

12. Party / Overnight Guests

We are not suitable as a party or event location. If you would like to receive visitors during your stay overnight, we ask that you make prior arrangements. Persons who are not reported are not permitted to stay or stay overnight at the property.

13. Internet/Wi-Fi

You can use the Internet free of charge, but at your own risk. Please note our terms of use for guest WiFi.

14. Smokers

Smoking is not allowed in the house. However, they can be used outdoors, e.g. B. on the terrace, smoke. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.

15. Pets

Pets are welcome in our Seezeichen - Apartment No26 after consultation and prior registration. Please do not let the pet you bring with you on the furniture, especially on sofas and beds.

Pets are also welcome on the terrace, but not in the communal garden or by or in the pool. Please make sure that the dog does not defecate on the garden property.

16. Key

Please never give out the keys. Please inform us immediately if you lose any keys. Please understand that we have to charge replacement costs.

17. Liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest(s).

18. Domiciliary Rights

In the case of immediately necessary repairs/services (e.g. gardeners), it may be essential for the landlord or service provider to have to enter the holiday accommodation during your stay. Of course, if possible, we will notify you before entering the accommodation and arrange this with you.

19 arrival and departure

Please do not check in before 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and vacate the holiday accommodation by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

This gives us enough time to ensure that every guest has a clean accommodation to enjoy.

20 hygiene measures in times of Corona

In the interests of all our guests and employees, we ensure that important hygiene rules are communicated and followed in our holiday accommodation. Our current Corona information can be found in the separate notice.

Thank you in advance for being great guests and for appreciating a harmonious coexistence! We wish you a pleasant stay in your temporary home!

Yours, Meike Hönig and family
